The progress on the build-out for the 1st floor of the clinic is coming along quickly. Framing has been done and (since this picture was taken) the sheet rock is almost entirely up.
This week I complete my psych residency and look forward to devoting all of my time to getting the clinic up and running. I will begin offering telehealth appointments next week. If you are sick, need medication refills or have another urgent need, please call 240-738-0953 and I will get you scheduled for a telehealth appointment. I anticipate being open for in-person appointments at the first of the year.
If you signed a release of records to follow me, I kept a record of when you are next due for your annual exam or chronic care follow-up appointment. Anticipate a phone call over the next few weeks to get those upcoming appointments scheduled.
If you were previously a patient of mine (or Allison Wade) and would like to establish care please stop by any Valley Health facility and sign a release of records to have your records sent to me.
